DCS Dumpsters
Lease Terms and Conditions:
DCS Dumpsters will provide dumpster disposal service using our roll-off dumpsters. Service will be provided, based on availability, on the day requested when using our online ordering software. Four hours advance notice is required to schedule a same day swap out or pick up. Otherwise, a $50 same day service fee will apply. Dumpsters will be scheduled for removal on the fifth day of rental unless customer calls for either early removal or additional days.

Additional days on your rental period will be billed at $35 per day, beginning on the sixth day, until the customer requests pick up.
Customers are responsible for the total weight of the contents of the dumpster(s). Customers are responsible for ensuring their dumpster(s) are not overloaded. A 20-yard dumpster has a 4,000 lb. weight limit. Exceeding the stated weight allowance will result in an additional charge of $70 per ton.

Overloading debris above the top of the dumpster will result in a $250 charge. Any weight above the maximum tonnage allowed will result in refusal of service and off-loading shall be the customer’s responsibility. Any weight above 10,000 lbs. will be charged a $750 overlimit fee and $140 per 2,000 lbs. A dry run charge can range from $100 to $150 per occurrence. Blocking or impeding retrieval of a dumpster on the collection date will result in a dry run charge.

Customer shall inspect the dumpster upon delivery for any existing damage. Upon removal of the dumpster, DCS Dumpsters shall be entitled to charge the customer for repair or replacement of the dumpster at current market value for any damage to the dumpster while in the customer’s possession, including fire or theft.

Waste Materials:
Customer agrees to dispose of non-hazardous solid waste only. Customer agrees not to dispose of any waste that is liquid, or that contains radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any wastes or substances defined as “Prohibited Waste”. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sealed drums, sewage sludge, any item containing freon (e.g., appliances, A/C units), tree stumps, concrete, rock, dirt, sand, etc.
Tires will be billed at $15 per tire
Wet paint cans will be billed at $5 per gallon
Inspection/Rejection of Prohibited Waste:
Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain the Customer’s responsibility at all times. DCS Dumpsters shall have the right to inspect, analyze and/or test any waste disposed of by Customer.

Cancellation:
Any service cancellations need to be submitted no later than 3pm of the business day (Monday - Friday) before your requested service. You will be subject to a minimum $50 cancellation fee for any cancellations after 3pm.
Acknowledgement:
Customer acknowledges that DCS Dumpsters shall not be liable for any damage to property surfaces such as sidewalks, driveway, landscaping and overhead obstructions, resulting from DCS Dumpsters delivering or removing dumpsters on the agreed upon areas and the surrounding area. Customer acknowledges they are not permitted to move the dumpster with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
Payment Terms:
Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by credit or debit card. DCS Dumpsters will keep that card on file until the account is paid in full, including any possible overages.
